"This site is definitely off the beaten track but not far from Cefalu where we went to visit. When we checked in the host told us about an local festival going on that evening so we walked the 8 minutes to the site of then festival and were able to sample some of the local cuisine. Every morning we awoke to the sound of bells from the local sheep herds. On Sunday morning we attended Mass at the local parish where we were part of a 50 year wedding celebration. "This place was gorgeous! Our room had views of the sea right from our balcony. The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The pool was beautiful. I would absolutely go back. It was a bit of a walk to the city center. A cab was easy to return to the hotel. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle, which was convenient. The rooms were beautiful."
