"good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. The room is spacious but also but dusty and full of sand, facing to the main street so bit noisy, however the air-conditioning is cold enough, and shower water is well functioning."

"We were treated like royalty in Remal Pyramids Hotel! They took care of everything from our shuttle from the airport to guiding us around the city, booking us an amazing tour with a local guide to the pyramids and even assisting us with getting our sim cards and exchanging money. The installations are very clean and brand new and you will find everything you need. The breakfast at the terrace overlooking the pyramids was definitely one of the peak moments of our days. "

"I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, to be a 5 stars hotel, parking fees should be included in the reservation fee. Some of the staff are not well trained to deal with clients and the front office receptionist was favouring some nationalities over the the locals which was very unprofessional for me. "

"Beautiful location, all the hotel rooms overlook the pyramids and its services are very, very excellent. The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. "So basically if you wanna be electrocuted and go toilet with no flush and be cooked like a sunday roast its your place ... hanging lights look about to fgall .. no trowels no bed sheets . Dirty beds .. no utensils which are clean just spend the money and go hilton"
