"This hotel is perfect for the view. Room was basic but had all you need. Staff were friendly & helpful. Thing that let it down for me was the fact I booked it for the free airport shuttle, but when I came to booking the taxi they said it was only for guests staying for 5 days so be aware of that when booking as they don’t make that clear. "good for 24hours reception so even I arrive late, still have somekne to help you. Most of them are young people in good attitude, wouldn't ask you for tips. The room is spacious but also but dusty and full of sand, facing to the main street so bit noisy, however the air-conditioning is cold enough, and shower water is well functioning."

"We were treated like royalty in Remal Pyramids Hotel! They took care of everything from our shuttle from the airport to guiding us around the city, booking us an amazing tour with a local guide to the pyramids and even assisting us with getting our sim cards and exchanging money. The installations are very clean and brand new and you will find everything you need. The breakfast at the terrace overlooking the pyramids was definitely one of the peak moments of our days. "

"I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, to be a 5 stars hotel, parking fees should be included in the reservation fee. Some of the staff are not well trained to deal with clients and the front office receptionist was favouring some nationalities over the the locals which was very unprofessional for me. "

"A bit far from the pyramids but you get what you pay for, rooms were ok, quite a new building so was alright. No hot water in the rooms, so wasn’t good. Non existent breakfast - so went to McDonald’s instead. We had a car so was a good location for pyramids and GEM."

Clean, modern and beautiful hotel

"Fabulous hotel - clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge for a family of 4. Separate bathroom, dressing room with laundry, small kitchen with full appliances, huge picture window out to Cairo and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Hotel staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and service, while a little slow, was good. We dined for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 2 different restaurants over our 4 day stay."
