"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I was able to check in earlier than usual as I wasn't going to be there during usual check in hours. The staff was able to secure my luggage and brought it to my room. They have perfom high quality service and made checking in easy."

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "

"It’s a clean hotel 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. But rooms are quite cramped. The hallway is not wide enough to open a large (30 in) suitcase. It’s ok for a short business trip and just a small (26 in) suitcase, but probably too small if you are staying longer and do lots of shopping (I.e it won’t work if you are a couple traveling with two large suitcases per person)"

"Despite a minor setback with our original room having an odor from cigarettes and an issue with the AC, the staff quickly rectified the situation. In fact we ended up in a junior suite which looked over the gardens and turned out amazing. The decor is classic European style. The hotel is centrally located, but in a quieter part of the city, with easy commutes by train, taxi or walking to many of Tokyos best sites. Theres also a free shuttle bus to a major train station. You must try the hotel breakfast buffet, a combination of Japanese and American cuisine. Overall a delightful stay."

"Lovely, friendly staff and rooms spotless. Dining was great for breakfast and evening meal The Jr line is literally right across the street from the hotel. You’ll find an abundance of everything. From clothing, to shopping and all the rest. I honestly will have to say, the staff was beyond. My only complaint is the toilet paper is way too thin. This is not charmin. Beside that you will love your stay. "

"We really liked this hotel! There were 3 of us, and we each got the single small rooms, but they worked great for just 1 person. It was super clean with a daily refresh of amenities (room service too, if you ask). The breakfast was fantastic and worth it! It had a mix of cultures and very allergy friendly (especially major 7 allergens)! It also was a perfect location in Otsuka, right near train station and had a bunch of shops/dining! All the staff was lovely and helpful! So friendly! I didn’t make it to the spa, but the screens said it was busy, so it must’ve been good for heavy traffic Would def recommend! Also very handicap accessible!"
