"The hotel is full of old people who are not happy at all to see younger families or people from other countries who do not understand German. Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you. "Loved my stay. The rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable and my room facing the back was quiet and perfect for my stay. The location is great too and just a quick 10 - 12 minute walk to the spas either via the road up the hill and down the other side past the church or go along the main shopping street just feet away from the hotel and then curve around a few streets and you're at both spas which are next to each other. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so many options. Had a great stay!!! "
