"Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Service was good too. Our booking stated free parking included, however on arrival we were informed that it was subject to availability. Luckily we got a parking slot, but could have been a big hassle and disappointment otherwise after a very long trip. Should be clear upon booking. All in all, nice stay, would book again. "

"What a wonderful treat to experience this beautiful hotel within a short walk to town. The parking area was close by. The staff was so helpful and accommodating . The room was luxurious, quiet and we enjoyed the included breakfast in the elegant dining room. If we are ever back in Baden Baden we will definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel entrance was lovely..the walk to the room was concerning.. the hallway had DIRTY SHAG CARPET THAT WAS PEE STAINED FROM DOGS !!! .. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.. but lots of damage on the floors ( suitcases, dogs ? … it could have been cleaned up ? ) … Our room faced the road that all the deliveries were received very noisy early in the morning on the weekdays. The beds were comfortable and room was well equipped. "

I appreciated the front desk service and the help that I received when there was an issue with the wi-fi. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. That created a problem because on the floor there was a terrible disgusting dirty carpet. It was a terrible feeling walking barefoot on the...
