Rooms were spacious and clean. Onsen had a nice view. Dinner was delightful. Hotel was nicely decorated and had a nice feel about it. All staff wqs eager to help or assist with any requests

Had a room with a great view, awesome staff, room had everything I needed. I have no complaints.

The location is ideal as it is directly across the street from the ferry. The shopping street and the famous Itsukushima Shrine is just a short walk away. I stayed in a room that had the bed in an upstairs loft. Things to consider if you book this room are the stairs are pretty steep and it’s not a small flight of stairs. The breakfast was amazing (I chose the Japanese style) and the lady that prepared it (and checked me in) was super nice and accommodating. The tubs were great to soak in and it was nice to have the privacy (the bath room smelled a little mildewy, but that’s to be expected in a wooden room with high humidity). I Would definitely stay again.

The service at this hotel was beyond excellent. They did a great job of accommodating our dietary needs even though we did not think to write ahead (if you have restrictions you should). During check out, we forgot to pack our daughters journal, they called the driver that took us to the ferry and sent an extra shuttle to the ferry terminal to deliver it a few minutes later. The baths are large, fantastic and not particularly busy when we used them.

Very quiet hotel near the airport and MCAS Iwakuni. The staff are friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Plenty of parking available. They have a laundry on site as well.

A beautiful property, well maintained, clean and in a good part of the city.

Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.

A nice apart-hotel. Very clean, very nice ambiance, nicely organized space to spend cozyly with the family (of 4). Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. A very restful place to spend while in Tokyo, although it is a bit interior.

This place is a total gem. They only have 11 rooms so the staff really gets to know everyone. Amazing staff. The rooms were so cute and comfortable. There's a fun little place to eat Okonomi a minute away, but not much else in this quiet neighborhood. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can get a breakfast basket in the morning. Hiroshima Station is an easy 15 minute walk away. Delightful stay.

The Granvia South Gate is a great location and hotel in Hiroshima where we would definitely stay again! Next time we would probably get a larger room, as the premium room is a bit on the small side. The western style breakfast was good and the only thing i would change there is the end time from 9:30 am to 10:00 am.
