Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!

Upon our arrival, an employee greeted us and helped with luggage. The public area was elegant and displayed so many beautiful artwork and antiques. Being at the top of a hill and by the ocean/bay, the view was gorgeous especially during cherry blossom season. Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food.
