"Amazing stay! Highly recommended! The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the view incredible! Waking up to sunrise over the mountains, hearing the birds (and rooster!) was so peaceful. The hosts, Jeannette and her husband, were super nice and personable, and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was included and very delicious, with so many choices of beverage and foods, both Italian style and American style . Parking was free and available upon prearranged request, right in front of the building. Walkable to the city if you don't mind the steep climbs. This was a great stay, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Perugia or the Umbria region."

"Great B&B in a lovely secluded, quiet and tranquill setting. We got a warm welcome and lots of recommendations for the area including the amazing Birrificio la Gramigna brewery and the hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with modern bathroom. The breakfast always had lots of variety and options available. Just a short drive to Perugia with lots to see in the town, and a great base for day trips further afield, Todi and Spello were our favourite places, but so many other great places to visit nearby. Was lovely sitting in the garden swing chair with a beer in the evening. Really appreciated the washing facilities too as we were half way through a 2 week holiday. Highly recommended "

"Wow! What a beautiful location, stunning hotel and the food was amazing. Couldn’t fault a single thing. The spa facilities were super clean and enjoyable as were the towels dressing gown and slippers provided a great extra touch. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Italian countryside. "

"The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
