"The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. "Infinity Elounda is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The room was clean and lovely, we had a hot tub that we were not expecting and a fantastic sea view. The pools are lovely and there are more than enough sunbeds to lie on each day. You do not have to leave a towel on the sun bed as there’s plenty to pick from! The view from the room and the pool of the ocean and mountains were just stunning. The breakfast buffet is lovely and you can order drinks and other menu items. The evening meal buffet was okay, we only went once. The location is a quiet area, but you can walk to the two local towns either side of the hotel. Plaka is further walk (45mins) but has lovely views and seafood restaurants and easy access to the local island for a boat visit. Kato Elounta is also gorgeous with lots of souvenir shops, restaurants and bars. We ate here most nights and had lovely meals. You maybe would benefit from a car if you wanted to do more exploring, Kato Elounta is a half an hour walk, we didn’t mind as the views were gorgeous. The hotel staff are so friendly and approachable, they can support with booking taxis, recommendations etc and they are so polite and go out of their way. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again."
