If there are just two of you that can sleep on a queen bed - then you will be very comfortable. A suggestion might be a king size bed, as well as blackout perhaps some curtains for the french doors. The pull out sofa is an older model with the bar in the middle. An newer version might be nice in case the foldout is needed, which would also provide firmer...

"Beautifully remodeled older building. The bathroom was especially lovely. Kitchen was small but usuable (we didn't cook). Wonderful dining space and TV area. The neighborhood is a little noisy...probobly only noticable to us as we like to sleep with windows open. We will stay again."
