We stayed in this place for 4 nights and had an experience of a lifetime. Staff were just absolutely respectful, professional and accommodating of our needs anytime. The food is like an other hotel where selections are limited. However, we would still rate their food with 4 stars. Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service. The SPA was amazing. For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.

Excellent room, very good breakfast

Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly, the hotel is brand new, the river view is amazing, great parking, easy access, safe area, buffet breakfasts are incredible, dinner on the pier is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. We will be back.

The staff was exceptionally nice, perfect location. Everything in Porto was a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet at night in our room. The shower has amazing water pressure. Will be back when in Porto.

Beautiful property. We have stayed here before. Well located. Nice breakfast. Terrible omelets. Overcooked. Good amenities. The only bad thing is bathroom lighting. It is WAY to dark over mirror. The hand mirror did not light up. They need shower mats as shower is very slippery!

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.

Nice view of river and loved a restaurant A Bolinas right up the road. It is a good walk into the city center, the funicular can be helpful.

Location, excellent staff clean and good location.

We like this hotel. It's located outside of the super busy and congested areas of old town, but it's still accessible by Metro (the station is across the street) or a cheap BOLT ride. The streets are FLAT! It's a 20 minute walk to old town with interesting architecture and shops along the way. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed and patio (on ground floor, balconies on upper floors).
