"Spacious room, clean"

"The property is located at a good location and there are sufficient amenities. Unfortunately, the WiFi doesn’t work well. The staffs are helpful and easily get towels if I want. The breakfast wasn’t properly served."

"New room, comfortable bed, auto check in for late arrivals, friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, 24 hour mini grocery store across the parking lot, very convenient to the highway. "

"Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm."

"The apartment was clean, warm, spacious and with classical decor and finishing. The location was outstanding, in the old town with great links to Vienna and places beyond. "

"Das einzige in dem etablisement, was positiv zu erwähnen bleibt, ist die freundliche Dame am Empfang. Und dann war’s das auch. Essen hochpreisig, dafür aber sehr schlechte Qualität. Zimmer alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Den Vogel schießt der Chef des Ladens ab. Unfreundlich und unverschämter geht’s schon nicht mehr. Aber jeder ruiniert sich seinen Laden wie er will. Fakt ist: wir kommen definitiv nie wieder"
