"Water too hot"

"We loved everything!; I highly recommend for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, private onsen, prime location and customer service. "

"Rooms were very clean and large! The staff were also very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good CP value: When i arrived, staff told us that we can have free breakfast. There is a public hot bath place too. There are not much restaurants nearby. It is a quiet place. "

"Everything was good and felt very nice but just one thing i felt uncomfortable was that there was no shower in the room. So guests need to go public spa when they want to take a small shower. …"

"Room was amazing and huge! We got a private Onsen in ours and it was so cool! Definitely recommend staying there!!"

"that’s good"

"Hi All, We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting. Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station. "

"Big rooms, amazing staff and beautiful surroundings. The Onsen was the best part. Would stay here again. "

"Be careful to choose smoking room or non-smoking room. Non smoking floors are filled with smell, if you don’t choose non-smoking room they will automatically put you into smoking room. For its price it is good enough. "

"展望露天風呂は眺めもよく、快適でした。朝食も個室でいただくことができとても寛ぐことができました。"

"Some rooms are in a Connex Box outside..."

"Great breakfast - good location - excellent price"
