Great villa in a great location

We had a wonderful stay here. Arno is a great host, was there when we needed him, but did not impose on our stay. His restaurant recommendations are worth noting. The villa had everything we needed and the pool, outdoor space and garden are wonderful.

Traumurlaub

Wir haben traumhafte 10 Tage genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bot 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern genug Platz. Der Pool hatte durch die Solarbeheizung immer knapp 30°C und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Der Garten ist mit vielen Pflanzen ebenfalls eine kleine Oase. Wir kommen wieder! :-)

leuk huisje, eenvoudig ingericht

Lokatie is goed in een rustige buurt (alleen een enkele hond hoor) De tuin is leuk. inrichting, handdoeken enz is eenvoudig / gedateerd. Was matig schoongemaakt. Na een klacht kwam de aardige werkster terug de vloer te doen alleen het hele huis / tuin kan een grondige schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, toller Pool, empfehlenswert

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche auf Gran Canaria und sind begeistert von der Insel. Im Ferienhaus wurden wir herzlich vom Sohn des Vermieters empfangen (inklusive vieler Tipps für Ausflüge). Eine Flasche Wein stand für uns im Kühlschrank (vielen Dank!) und auch Obst war da. Der Außenbereich machte sofort einen sehr guten Eindruck auf uns. Wir haben die Zeit am und im Pool ausgiebig genossen und auch die Sitzecke war perfekt (und sonnengeschützt) zum Essen. Das Mobiliar im Haus ist optisch nicht das modernste, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht sowohl in der Küche und auch sonst (Waschmaschine u.a.). Die Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer war sehr angenehm, wir kamen aber auch in den anderen Räumen gut zurecht mit lüften und den Ventilatoren. Das Haus liegt nicht abgeschieden, aber in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit von Autos, Nachbarn oder ähnlichem gestört gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir die Lage als sehr gut bezeichnen für Strand, Einkauf und Ausflüge. Letztere sollte man unbedingt zahlreich unternehmen! Wir waren überrascht, wie grün die Inselmitte ist, wie imposant die Berge sind. Die Insel hat es uns wirklich angetan. Wir möchten uns herzlich bei den Gastgebern bedanken, dass wir die Unterkunft nutzen durften. André war sehr freundlich und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir uns jederzeit bei ihm hätten melden können bei Fragen oder Problemen. Aber die gab es nicht - vielen Dank!

Super verblijf

Wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben wij gehad , mede door de warme welkom van Arno die ons al stond op te wachten ! Één en al vriendelijkheid en we konden met al onze vragen bij hem terecht, niets was teveel voor Arno. Ook was alles aanwezig in het prachtige mooie huis van wasmiddel tot vaatwastabletten, koffie , thee, en zelfs een heerlijke fles wijn in de koelkast stond klaar . Al met al is dit zeker de moeite waard om weer terug te komen , wat we ook zeker van plan zijn . Arno bedankt voor jou gastvrijheid en de tips die je ons hebt gegeven, we hebben een TOP vakantie gehad !! Hopelijk tot gauw weer , groetjes Johan € Debby Arie Inge en Amber

Wir waren Ende 0ktober eine Woche im Haus. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Arno der Vermietet wohnt nebenan und stand uns mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Verfügung. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die schöne Urlaubswoche Arno.

Schönes Haus, toller Service

Wir waren zu sechst für zwei Wochen in dem Haus und rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, sauber und insbesondere die Aussenanlage mit Sitzplatz wunderschön. Auch das Innere bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht und hat genug Platz für 6 Leute. Der Vermieter hat regelmässig den Pool gereinigt und stand auch sonst für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Das Haus steht an ruhiger Lage. Strände sind mit einem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuss dauert es 15-30 Minuten. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah und Maspalomas ist mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

This villa is in a great area however unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. The villa is advertised as having aircon but please be warned it is only in the master bedroom’s ensuite and when on it trips the electrics if you are using other electrical equipment. This is fine if just two of you are staying however the other rooms were stifling in mid 30 degree temperatures making sleeping uncomfortable. The villa does need some updating. The villa was well equiped however items were chipped and dirty including cups, plates etc. The whole kitchen area needs a good deep clean and the fridge needs replacing. The beds and soft furnishings are substandard. The main shower screen in the master ensuite has a huge crack from side to side so don’t lean on it! The pool was quite substandard and could do with a bit of a refurb. The roof terrace shows a grassed area and a great sea view in the photos but this is not the case. You wouldn’t want to spend time up there as it is really a service area. On arrival the owner was not present and wasn’t for the whole period of time we were there as he had personal family problems. I did email both him and HomeAway to air my concerns. We were met at the villa by some guy who did not show us how to use anything and just said “any problems don’t ring me”! It was quite unprofessional to be honest! In my opinion the villa is quite substandard and I will not be returning. The owner is aware of my complaint and has offered a 10% refund on the net amount paid.

Very nice villa with a good large pool and a fantastic sunny location

Well functioning villa with a good kitchen and nice bathrooms. Friendly host as your neighbour :-) In the winter is the villa a little cold in the mornings and in the afternoon. The last day we found a little electonical heater, - but it was too late. It would have been nice to be informed about that. Very clean villa and nice garten! Central location between Puerto De Mogan and Puerto Rico.

Beautiful villa in a great location

What a wonderful stay. Arrival was easy and we we were met early as the villa was empty, everything was as described, with a children's cot provided additionally. The location is really great, you do need a car but that was expected. The local shop and restaurant are just a 7 min stroll away and are both very good. Arno is a great host and happy to help or leave you to it. Would recommend to anyone.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Sonne

In dem sehr schönen, geräumigen Ferienhaus haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils dazugehörigem Bad und die großzügige Wohnküche mit allem was man benötigt, haben für einen entspannten Urlaub gesorgt. Spülmittel, Trockentücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmaschine sowie Waschpulver, Grill ... - alles war vorhanden! Der große Tisch auf der Veranda mit Beschattungsmöglichkeiten für jeden Sonnenstand war für uns mit 6 Personen optimal zum frühstücken und abendlichem grillen. Für jeden gab es eine Liege mit Auflage und je nach Bedarf auch für jeden einen Sonnen- oder Schattenplatz auf der Terrasse. Der Pool war durch die Solarheizung immer angenehm warm. Einkaufmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Einige schöne Strände in der Nähe wurden uns vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter empfohlen. Diese konnten wir problemlos mit dem Mietwagen in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Vielen Dank noch an Herrn Leyh für die nette Begrüßung und die guten Informationen über Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Strände im voraus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhig und doch zentral gelegene grosszügige Ferienunterkunft

Die Villa bietet genung Platz für eine grosse Familie mit den 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage macht an sehr heissen Tagen die Temperatur im Haus perfekt angenehm. Der Aussenpool hat ein gute Grösse und angenehme Temperatur. Auf den Liegestühlen kann man bequem die Sonne geniessen. Sehr gut ist die Nähe zum nächsten Spar und zum Strand in Tauro und Amadores. Knapp ausserhalb eines grossen Zentrums, aber innert Minuten auf der Hauptachse für Ausflüge mit dem Leihwagen. Mit der schönen Lage war es für uns ein sehr schöner Ferienaufenthalt.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf Gran Granaria

Schönes Ferienhaus in eigentlich ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass durch Bautätigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung bereits ab morgens 7.30 Uhr Handwerker mit Bohrmaschinen und ähnlichen Geräten aktiv waren... Ansonsten gut gelegen und für Familien zu empfehlen.

Sauber, ruhig, freundlich, gute Lage für Ausflüge

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es war alle da was wir benötigt haben. Mit einem Mietwagen das optimale Domizil für Ausflüge. Porto de Mogan, etwa 5km entfernt ist ein wunderschönes Hafendorf das kulinarisch und optisch überzeugt.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub

Ein wirklich schönes Haus und für uns die perfekte Lage. Man ist erreicht kürzester Zeit die schönsten Golfplätze. Der Weg zum Strand ist ebenso kurz. Verpflegung sowie Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe und sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Wirklich freundlicher Vermieter rundet unseren sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Und hat es an absolut nicht gefehlt und Wir (2 Erw. 2 Kinder) kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Villa mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien dort verbracht. Die Außenanlage ist gut gepflegt, innen ist es gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles was man so braucht. Pool wsr auch sehr schön und wurde auch regelmäßig von uns benutzt (wurde allerdings erst an unserem Abflugstag gereinigt). Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

The property could not be in a better location, sun from rise to set, quiet and peaceful also.
