"The location is quiet. There is a ferry location about 150 yards from the hotel and you don’t have to deal with the crowds in Bellagio. Room was clean and the breakfast was great. To get to our room there were 2 flights of steps. Bellagio is about a mile walk from the hotel. Nice quiet location"

"It felt like borrowing the apartment of distant, Italian family. We felt very welcome and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. We will return if we're ever going back to Bergamo.
