"The location of this property is excellent. It’s only one block from the river where you can access a wonderful river walkway or jump in the river for a swim. We had a little difficulty locating the key , contacted the host, and received an immediate reply. I would highly recommend this property."

Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "
