"The shampoo dispenser was missing and we had to ask for shampoo. There was conditioner and body wash as well as hand lotion, but that was all. No shower cap either. The closet door squeaked loudly like we were in a haunted house. The drawers were very hard to open and two of them had broken springs on the sliders which made a loud popping noise once we were finally able to get them open. The pool area was very nice and we had great food & beverage service at the pool. We were disappointed that the hotel did not have any entertainment at all."

"I came the first day the receptionist was really good and helpful and very cheerful. In other places they are stuck up. This person made me feel confident in my stay so plus for that. They first day I came to room I found a dirty straw I guess they missed it when cleaning. Other than that the room was big and specious. Beds were confortable and the ac was great cold when I needed and warmer if needed. Yeah they alright."

"We arrived early and one of three rooms we booked was ready- no problem there for us. We got ready for a family wedding in that one room. We were told that the other two rooms would be close and on the same floor but only one was. The other room was on nine floors down. The decor in our room was in need of updating and our carpet looked dirty. The bed was extremely hard. There wasn’t a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel, robe or wet bathing suits on. And no lid on the toilet! All I could think about whenever it was flushed, was how gross and full of bacteria everything was. Some people may not care but I certainly did. The view of the strip was good though. We liked the casino and restaurants in the lobby. Very friendly employees in the gift shops and working the taxi line."

"Good location, convenient. Rooms are clean. We did no request rooms to be cleaned during the stay. We only requested clean towels after the second day and it took a while and just provided one towel per person rather the complete set. Overall, it was a good stay and will consider staying again."

"More Than Five Stars. A Family Memory We'll Cherish Forever. There are beautiful hotels, there are luxury hotels, and then there is the Bellagio. My parents and I recently experienced the Bellagio for the first time, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of magical. From the breathtaking displays that felt straight out of Disneyland to the immaculate rooms and perfectly curated details, every moment was extraordinary. But what truly sets the Bellagio apart is its people. The staff delivered world-class hospitality with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. We never felt like just another reservation. We felt welcomed, valued, and truly cared for. As someone who frequently travels to Las Vegas for business, I can confidently say I will never stay anywhere else. I've already booked my next two work trips exclusively at the Bellagio, and for my final upcoming visit, I'm bringing my entire family so they can experience the same magic my parents and I did. If I could give more than five stars, I would without hesitation. To the entire Bellagio team, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of my family and me.
