The room and bathroom are very clean. Marcia was very helpful and let us check in earlier since we arrived at the hotel earlier than expected!

Loved the private outside hot tub, completely private . Plenty of water to fill it between uses. The room is spacious. The bathroom was modern and the shower impeccable with glass enclosure. We always bring the our own coffee machine but there were other options for coffee. It was close to all amenities and attractions. The staff was super accommodating. I did t use the stove but fridge was spacious for our needs.

People in the hotel was very nice. Hotel is located in the town centre. You can go to bus centre, shopping streets, several sightseeing places within 30 min walking distance. No glass/cup in the washing room probably due to New Zealand custom. We took a glass out of 3 glasses from kitchin. Next day, only 2 cups remain in the kitchin. Next day only 1 glass remaind in the kitchin. We claimed this when check-out. They explained us that maid puts glasses in the dish washer in the kitchin...

Hotel was great. Full breakfast delivered to room, wi-fi access for multiple devices and a self-serve laundry room made for a wonderful stay.

I had a room where 3 of the 5 walls were full windows to the walkway to all the rooms. This gave a lot of light and good views, but also meant anyone could see into the room, so I mostly just shut all the curtains the whole time. Parking was very good, and the room was very large. Shower in bathroom was set up as a jacuzzi-shower, so there wasn't walls keeping the water in the tub very well. Staff was friendly and provided amenities even upon late arrival

We had a nice stay. Very convenient. Clean room. Comfy bed, the most comfortable of our stay in NZ! Balcony room was updated. The smells was pretty bad outside so didn't use the balcony but i wanted a nicer room so it was worth it. The a/c would turn off in the middle of the evening on us. The entire hotel staff is so kind and helpful. Walkable to everything in town.

Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place

The room was well thought out and worked well for us. The kitchenette was nice, though we didn't cook. The bathroom seemed like it had been updated recently. Our only issue was that it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't make the heat work. There is on-site parking which is always helpful.

The location is very convenient, and the property has been newly renovated. The interior is clean, modern, and stylish. The staff were friendly and even offered us vouchers for local activities, which was a lovely surprise. There were only two minor drawbacks. First, in our room type, all the bedrooms were upstairs while the only toilet was downstairs, which was a little inconvenient, especially at night. Great experience considering most were not in New Zealand. The attention to detail really shows. Is it a perfect place? No, but they do what they can with what they have. I was very satisfied with the room, staff and everything about the property.

Really helpful owners on site, convenient location for what we wanted to see. Clean cute place. Not much in the way of restaurants around, 2 options with funky hours in the office season, but good food when open. VERY small town.

I was most impressed with the hotel staff. They were friendly, very accommodating and handled special requests quickly and without hesitation. We had a really nice stay there and they had two hot tubs and a pool that we took advantage of.

Very functional and well maintained property. Super convenient location and well stocked with all the essentials needed for a family of four!

What we most remenber is the unexpected dinner served to us at night , it was very late and the kitchen was closing but we were starving and were offered a fantastic meal by the smiling owner, whose wife happend to be the chef. The rooms are very comforatbale with a nicely equipped kitchenette.
