"The setting was beautiful as there was a lake nearby. This unit was not right on the lake, but it was a short walk. I was surprised that it was a two story unit (because I didn’t pay attention)! It was so nice to be able to spread out after a long trip. Everything was in good order. We were able to open windows on each side upstairs to get a nice cross breeze when it was warm. It’s a little bit isolated, but there are Superettes and cafés nearby."

"We had a lovely time staying here , very spacious with an excellent kitchen. Lots of fun with the table tennis and pool table plus the use of the kayaks was a bonus. Kristin was great to communicate with. The only negative was the road was very busy and the traffic noise was loud at times "

"Donna is a star! She greeted us upon arrival, asking us about our day /travels in New Zealand as well as our plans along with her sweet dog, Trixie. The place itself was very spacious and clean. Donna gave us a run down of the kitchen, complementary breakfast and TV. The bed was so comfortable and came with extra pillows in the closet.easy check-in and check-out process. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay there!"

"We struggled to get a suitable hot cold balance in the showers but as we were only there for a short stay did not contact the host for assistance. The property was generally clean and tidy however better instructions as to where to place rubbish at end of stay would be appreciated as bins were difficult to locate. Ample kitchen equipment and while no full oven, an air fryer is able to be used in its place."

"The listing stated that the property had air conditioning. When I discovered that it did not, I contacted Bachcare and was asked to provide a screenshot showing where air conditioning was listed. I sent the screenshot immediately. It has now been 24 days, and despite following up twice, I am still waiting for a response. The communication has been extremely poor, and this has been the worst service experience I have had."
