"Excellent location and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff proactively offered to sign me up for the hotel’s membership programme and explained that members can enjoy dining discounts as well as discounts at the Polynesian Spa across the road. However, they didn’t mention that membership also includes a late check-out option, extending check-out from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. This was actually the most useful benefit for me, so I would have appreciated knowing about it during check-in. That said, the hotel is still a very worthwhile choice, especially given its excellent location and overall convenience."

"Great spot!!! What a wonderful hotel in central Rotorua. Having the hot springs pools on site was AMAZING + lovely and unique rooms. They are smaller rooms as this is a historic hotel, but the space and location are worth it!"

"Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place"
