"Upon arriving at the property it appeared to be clean but once we left the lobby and first floor the smell of mildew was stifflling and I literally began to get sick from the strong odor. I couldn't believe so many people stayed here. I tried to leave after the first few hours there and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund for my remaining days. This was my first trip with my entire family and I felt like I let them down as their room was overwheled with the odor of mold and mildew. I stay in a different hotel I before and enjoyed it so much better. I realized the longer you stay the more accustom you become to the strong odor"

"Super property in Panama City. Very well located. The staff was the most professional, friendly hotel staff we have ever experienced, anywhere in the world. The rooftop bar was exquisite. Highly recommend the tuna tartar and avocado appetizer!!. Outdoor pool is also lovely. Lois’s hosted our hotel tour and candle lighting honor. She’s the best!! From the people who greeted you at the door to the front desk, staff and concierge, this is a world class establishment. Good for you just"

"Great location walking distance to everything and safe area. The best part is the size of the place and the housecleaning is excellent. The manager is on site 24/7 and all of them were extremely nice and helpful with everything. The only negative is it is on the Main Street coming into the area and it is a one way street"
