"Hotel was in such a great location for the centre of Chester. We always try and book somewhere with a gym and the hotel’s was perfect for our needs. All the staff we met were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Only negative thing to mention… our room was on the road side of the building and with the window open it was very noisy next time we will request a room on the canal side of the building."

"We liked the location, ideal for Liverpool One bus station and an easy walking distance from Liverpool Lime Street train station. Good to see fresh bottles of water were supplied on a daily basis in the room and tea making facilities topped up too. The staff were polite and friendly. We didn't use the bar or any other facilities except the breakfast options. Asking on 2 separate days for poached eggs for 2 people - 3 on the first occasion (to find they were delivered to us in a small bowl - one egg on top of the other, and not the 3 we requested. One of the eggs was fine, the other - broken up and half of it missing). Advised another 2 would be brought in replacement - 1 arrived.... Second time - we requested 2 poached eggs and received them again, in a small bowl, one on top of the other. This makes absolutely no sense at all - eggs should be separate from each other. Serve them on a plate together but at least, don't pile them one on top of the other. That's from my partner, who is trained as a chef! The only other problem for us - no mini-fridge in the room, which is something we usually look for. We knew this and as a rule, it wouldn't be too much of a problem but, not in the summer months so the water supplied was never cold. Fabulous beds (deluxe double + single) and, pristine white bedsheets supplied. Perfect!"

"Titanic hotel was amazing and all staff very helpful a polite. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The omelettes were freshly cooked and served to you. If you couldn’t see what you wanted ask. My only criticism would be that it was very dark outside our room and found it difficult to see where the key swipe card was, having to use the torch on our phone - however I guess if it’s too light it would spoil the effect."

"This is an excellent property - very clean, comfortable and well located. Price was a bit high due to it being the week of the British Open, but overall a very good hotel. The room layout is excellent, and the location is really close to transportation, entertainment and attractions. Would definitely choose again."
