"Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...
"Really good size room, was perfect on the ground floor having patio doors open onto a small bistro set. Really comfortable stay. Attentive staff. Didn't eat here as i was working in the area ling hrs but Cant ask for me. "
"We enjoyed staying here. There were meal options and it was easy to take public transportation to get into the heart of London. The breakfast staff was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. "

"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "
"Had a wonderful night over using the facilities spa swimming steam room jacuzzi and relaxing. Only negative was we had room service breakfast which came with no toast butter or jam for croissants apart from that exceptional and will return "
"We just stayed for a single night, but had no issues - friendly staff, a lovely clean room, a nice small balcony, and just a short walk from the centre of town.
The only note I'd make is that the mattress in our room was very soft indeed - it suited us ok, but may be a little too soft for those who need a firmer mattress."
