"Great place to stay!!"

"Airport shuttle took around an hour to pick us up. We were told to wait at a specific area and look for a green van. After 4 phone calls we were told to look for a Yellow Van in the shuttle area not the specified C3 area which is for Ubers. Once we arrived at the hotel they had an issue with their key card system. It took a very long time to check in almost an hour. The manager had to let people into their rooms one by one because they could not give out swipe cards due to their system issues. Room was clean bed was comfy."

"Room was great, as always. Embassy suites is always a go-to for us because it’s always clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious! We definitely enjoy the happy hour and free drinks, our kids love the indoor pool, and we have not been to an ES where the staff is ever rude or unhelpful. ES Nashville, you did not disappoint, thanks for a great stay!"

"Was disappointed upon arrival to discover there was not a dedicated check-in and luggage drop off. All the spots were occupied and I had to utilize a handicap spot to check-in and drop off luggage. Entry into the hotel was a bit challenging from the west? Since you had to do an illegal u-turn to gain access. Breakfast was meh but convenient and the complimentary airport shuttle was also the reason I booked this hotel & location and certainly a bonus. The modern theme was nice but it was obvious the hotel was in need of maintenance on a continual basis."
