Loved the ocean front view, room was amazing. I had the apartment which came with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette (which had cook stove, kettle, dishes, sink, pretty much everything you need but the fridge is full of purchasable items so not much room to put water or anything of your own in there). The hotel staff was amazing, loved the restaurant. I was there on business but loved my free time.

We can’t say enough about this hotel! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Peter was so gracious-held our bags and let us freshen up so we could explore the city when we first arrived. The food and drinks were incredible as well! If we are in the area again, we will most definitely be staying here.

My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!

My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!
