Five stars and the best facility in the Laguna area by far. Makes all the other hotels i.e. Montage, Ritz Carlton and Pelican seem like relics from 2000. The service has now caught its stride and its almost nearly as perfect as the Four Seasons Wailea or the Mayfair on Stratton in London.

Front desk girl needs to be friendly and smile. We travel a lot, Front desk staff was dull, the concierge did a better job than her.

Super quiet, good price, extra free parking and nice mall w Nordstrom close by.Fast food also, Dana Point is an easy, maybe 10 minute drive w lovely beaches and harbor. Don't miss Truly pizza also.A+

Upon parking our vehicle, the parking lot, building, and area were well kept and clean. The fragrance in the lobby was fresh & clean. The decor and furnishings were up to date. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the furnishings up to date. We loved how there was extra ports to charge our devices and beside outlets by the night stands. It's great for people like us who have to sleep with CPAP's. We were overall pleased!

The “ketchup lady”..and I won’t name the type of service area this person would be in, just to not name names, but I told her she forgot the ketchup, and she got very defensive, and she told me that she never makes that kind of mistake. I had just woken up in this beautiful room with a beautiful view of the ocean with my beautiful wife, and going downstairs to pick up my breakfast and I went back up to my room, the ketchup was...
