"Beautiful hotel. I didn’t quite understand we’d have to do a “staff-less” check in but once we saw our room keys it was extremely easy. The hotel is beautiful and it is a very peaceful town with amazing Tuscan views. The restaurant seems to be one of the best ones in the area. We went to San Gimignano and didn’t get a chance to dine there. Would definitely stay again. "

"This may sound a bit exaggerated, but I assure you it isn't. We have been to Tuscany on a few occasions, but this apartment was the most beautiful, tranquil and well-equipped property that we have stayed in. The apartment is very comfortable and relaxing, spacious and airy, a functioning kitchen (which isn't always the case in rental properties) well-tended, colourful gardens, a lovely pool and wonderful views. Mike's advice to stock up enroute at the Conad supermarket is worth following, so that you don't have to drive to Gambassi Carrefour too often (although it is a friendly store). There are restaurants of various levels in the area, and we ate well at all those we visited. We stayed for two weeks, and I wish it had been three. "
