"Very spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment in a superb location in a quiet residential area just 5minutes walk from the centre of Alvor. The small condominium is beautifully maintained and mainly occupied by long term residents making it a very quiet and safe oasis. Communication with Sandra the owner is excellent. We will definitely return."

"Sandra the owner was there on arrival to greet us left us a welcome pack that we didn't expect but a lovely gesture and kept in contact thru the holiday checking every was ok .The only tiny thing was there was no English tv for those nights when we did stay in with our grandson of two years ."

"Wir hatten das Apartment für 37 Tage im Zeitraum Oktober/November 2023 gemietet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos via WhatsApp-Nachricht. Der Vermieter kam binnen 20 Minuten und hat uns kurz alles Wissenswerte erklärt: Schlüssel, Gas, Strom, Ausstattung, Einkaufsmarkt, Parkplatz und vieles mehr. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem großen Wohnkomplex mit geschätzt 8 großen Blocks, wobei dieses Haus das kleinste mit 12 Wohnungen war. Die Lage ist im 3. Obergeschoss. Auf dem Dachgeschoss...

"Precies wat we zochten voor tot rust te komen alles bereikbaar met de gehuurde auto maar ook voldoende taxi mogelijkheden . Alvor heeft voortreffelijke restaurants met zeer goede kwaliteit voor een normale prijs. Leuke cafeetjes met livemuziek. Appartement had voldoende inventaris om 7 weken door te brengen met goede service van de eigenaresse. Volgend jaar weer naar Alvor."
