I was traveling on business and the location next to the tube station was perfect for me. The location itself is also great. Next to the mall and river. "Fantastic stay. Wonderful and very friendly staff, who went above and beyond with everything we needed. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro. Overall would highly recommend it."

We were upgraded to nice room, excellent service, rooms very nice and clean, amazing bathroom and very nice shower. They cleaned our room everyday. We were very happy with our stay and definitely recommend! "
