"A nice place to stay "

"Lovely room. Beautiful evening meals. Helped us out when we mis-laid our keys. Pool was very chilly but refreshing in the heat. We weren’t told that restaurant was closed one evening , and they forgot our take away breakfast one day, but quickly scrambled one together. A lovely place "

"Really nice set up. Location is a little out of the way, but then it is an Agriturismo. Located approx 15 minute drive up a very steep and winding road, a little hairy at times!! However the view from the chalets towards Etna is great. The site is set on a hillside so an uphill walk or short drive to breakfast/dinner. The pool was fantastic and Filippo brought regular supplies of chilled water for us at the poolside. Dinner was buffet style with lots of variety and good value at 25euros...

"The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast good and the staff very friendly. However the place is not as advertised. The pool was closed and looked like it had been closed for some time. No bar or restaurant (s). Just open for breakfast. There is another resort nearby that has these facilities so if they are important to you beware. "

"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. "Beautiful property and extremely friendly staff. My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The food was amazing and all for a great price. When we wanted to go catch a ferry to Vulcano, one of their staff took us and brought us back. We were also lucky enough to stay an extra night in our tent."

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"We spent an idyllic week at Residence Terra Rossa in April. We found the landscaped gardens inside the gated property to be delightfully peaceful with beautiful views of the coast below. The manager was extremely helpful with directions and information ahead of our arrival, making our late evening arrival and self check-in very smooth and stress free.
