"We stayed at this VRBO during the January 2025 California Fires which were just on the borderline of the area. The communication with the owners was spectacular. We had a family emergency which brought us to California and with the fires this compounded our stress. The owners, however, were so amazing at sharing information and putting us to ease. The Bungalow is in a terrific location, supplied with the basics, convenient location, clean, safe and very comfortable! Our stay was wonderful...

"This is the first place in a while that had bedstands on both sides of the bed...a big plus that you don't know you miss until they aren't there. The Gree mini-splits worked both for heating and cooling during our stay. There is a remote in the bedroom zone and the main area zone.Bathroom has nice large shower- with rain-tye shower head and a handheld. 2 shelves held all of our toiletries. The gate (which must be opened and closed manually- very easy) is on the Arcadia Ave side of the corner...
