Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! "This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

Well stocked amenities, lots of sunny outdoor spaces for relaxing and convenient to upscale markets, freeway and river for walks. Located in nice residential area. "Lovely quiet property to retreat to at the end of the day. Beautiful location, easy to get Ubers. Short drive to the Griffiths Observatory and a beautiful hike from the car park there. 3 friends staying and using as a base to watch baseball, basketball and soccer. House very spacious, well equipped and maintained. Very straightforward arrival process. If I had to find something to add it would be an extra seat on the terrace so that 3 can sit up there - lovely views. Would recommend....

"We booked this home for our family Disneyland trip. Our family included our two adult children and their families which included our grandchildren . 3 under 6 and two teenage boys , plus two adult grandchildren . The house set up was perfect. The kids has a area to hang out , while the adults had separate area to hang out away , but near the children. Our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters absolutely loved the jungle bedroom and enjoyed playing in it . The neighborhood is very quiet and close by...

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
