"A beautiful, charming hotel, located quietly at the edge of town yet a stone thrown away from its center. Very beautifully decorated room. The staff was very attentive. I would return in a heartbeat."

"The house is in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location but only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants, bars and shops of Villereal (which is a very beautiful town). The house is pet-friendly and our dog loved the large garden to chase her ball or explore. Bernard, the host showed us around on arrival and provided help if we needed anything, but was not intrusive. We received a welcome gift on arrival, which was a very kind gesture. Although, Bernard and his family live next door, the house is very private and all facilities are exclusively for guests. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It was also nice and cool inside, but the air conditioning was very much appreciated when the temperatures soared. The garden, pool area and outside terraces were lovely areas for relaxing or enjoying an evening meal or drink.The house is perfectly located for visiting the nearby towns of the Dordogne and Lot, many within a 15-minute drive. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for accommodation in the area."

"Le lieux eté agrèable mais cuisine principale interieur,salle à manger et salon à l'étage ce qui est un peu embetant avec une belle piscine mais pas de jardin seul une petite surface d'herbe. Pas spécialement concue pour une famille avec enfants(trop d'escaliers,espace exterieurs pour enfants joués trop petit)."

"A beautiful hotel situated in an old windmill, right next to the river, with amazing views. The rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped and the shower is great. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Our evening meal was wonderful, as was breakfast, with a wide and varied range of excellent, fresh products. You can wander downstairs to sit by the river, passing through a room containing the workings of the old windmill, a bit like a museum, which is really interesting. There is a huge free car park, including spaces with electric charging points."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this family friendly and well run property. There were so many fun things for the kids to do, especially the waterslides and playgrounds. We would stay again for sure."
