"I loved the garden and sitting area outside .The area is residential so having a car is better. We stayed 5 nights it took us time to fix the Ac because its one big room divided in two . When one was cool the other was super hot and vice versa . . We figured a way to stay cool at once the last day . Very clean and pleasant otherwise. The beach is not far , but we prefered Poetto with all the amenities on the beach ."

"Carlo is a great host. We overlooked that we have to bring our own bed linens, and we were already in Sardinia when we found out. He reacted without hesitation and has arranged the bed linens for us free of charge. Carlo's property is located in the lower, flat part of the Torre delle Stelle, about 100m walk to the Cann'e Sisa beach, so no need to climb the steep hills. "We have enjoyed it a lot. Andrea has been very helpful with minor issues or questions arising. He provided us as well with many infos about the area/restaurants and beaches. The House is a 5 minute walk away from the very nice Beach of Solanas. Our kids did enjoy the garden as well. Overall we would recommend a stay at this property."

"Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um ein herziges Häuschen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem kleinen Pool. Im und ums Haus ist alles vorhanden. Wcpapier/Haushaltspapier/Servietten/ Putzmittel/ Abwaschmittel/Duschmittel/ Waschmaschine u Waschpulver. Genügend Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche aufhängen. Ausserdem hat es einen Trockner. Die Küche dürfte besser ausgestattet sein. Das Haus liegt abseits und man braucht ein Auto. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das gut weiterempfehlen."

Has everything you need, and having the upstairs balcony to have morning coffee was delightful as you get to enjoy the sunshine. Ein Hinweis auf die vielen, teils recht hohenTreppenstufen, wäre vorab hilfreich gewesen. Mülltrennung wird akribisch gewünscht, aber die Tonnen stellt der Gast raus. Das Haus liegt in einem separaten Areal, die Straße wird mit elektrischer Schranke gesperrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Strand über eine steile Treppe bei Hitze mit guter Fitness...

"We have just returned from a fantastic last-minute short break to the south of Sardinia. We wanted to experience this part of the island between Cagliari and Villasimius. Tucked snugly up a dirt road (just 3km up from Solanas ), Villa Floris was the perfect base to explore from. Our host Alice made us feel so welcome. Her knowledge of the area is outstanding. "We had plenty of room, inside and out. It was nice and quiet. There was a supermarket around the corner. There are lots of interesting things to see in Southern Sardinia. The owners, Alessandra and Carlo were the perfect hosts. Very helpful. I would certainly recommend this property!!"

"We had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you. The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed. Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest."

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. Our hosts were very welcoming and house was spotless. Solanas is lovely but not many restaurants, shops etc. Google maps not reliable re opening times and days so less local facilities than expected. Ideal for a quiet, relaxing break- car essential."
