A beautiful house overlooking the sea with a special history, designed by the owners, engineer Marcello and his wife, architect Anna Maria, for their large family, was built in the rock and in the middle of the Mediterranean maquis, while Annamaria’s impeccable taste did the rest to create this unique home. Nothing is left to chance, and those who are lucky enough to enjoy these spaces will still perceive their love and experience.



The space

The villa has a convenient car park that can accommodate up to 3 cars next to the entrance of the house from where the stairs lead down to the main door. Starting from May 2021 , there will be a swimming pool (available all year round, it is heated during the winter). The well-kept garden hides intimate terraces, where you can sunbathe or admire the beautiful sunsets that stand out over the sea, to which you can have exclusive access thanks to a staircase. In front of the house, there is a rocky beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can enjoy the beautiful turquoise sea in complete freedom. The sandy beach is only 350 m away and can be reached on foot after a short walk.

Inside,the house offers all comforts such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, unique corners from where you can admire the sea through windows that frame the landscape like a painting. Everyone will have their own spaces and the 4 large bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) are like a nest, where you can rest in the unique silence. A baby cot and a highchair are available on request.

The wonderful terrace will be the meeting place for lunch and dinner in front of the spectacular Sardinian sea.

The kitchen and 3 bathrooms were renovated a few months ago and the elegance is combined with comfort and practicality.

The kitchen overlooks the terrace, and a small adjacent outdoor kitchen, set into a convenient marble countertop is an excellent solution for outdoor cooking while dispersing odours and fumes.

Villa Bianca will not only be your holiday home but a real experience that will be in your memories when you return home.



Access for guests

The villa is at the complete disposal of the guests and is arranged on several levels, there are several stairs and steps. Everyone will find their own space to relax in the shade or sunbathe.

Below the house there is a beautiful beach of rocks skilfully flattened as a terrace where there will be sunbeds and umbrellas for your exclusive use, an oasis on the sea where you can enjoy privacy and dive into the beautiful turquoise sea.



Other things to keep in mind

In the Villa there is a separate space dedicated to the service staff with one bedroom and bathroom. On request, there is the possibility to have dedicated local service staff during your stay who will take care of cooking, cleaning or babysitting.

On request, you can organize an evening with a pizza chef who will cook pizzas for you in the wood-burning oven in the house. A unique experience to get into the heart of Italian culture. For private parties, prices are quoted separately.

Guests should know that they can book an extra service with at least 15 days notice and that it includes: cooks, cleaning ladies, babysitter.
