The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. Large bath tub AND shower in the bathroom, so why the couldn’t be a toilet instead of the bath??? Air conditioning did not cool the room at all, but staff provided a floor standing unit which helped a lot"
