"This is a lovely hotel beside the river with excellent staff to look after you. There are bike paths along the river at the side of the road. Generally you'll need a car because the hotel is not right in Beleoil. Be sure to go into Beleoil (where you can enjoy some great restaurants) and Chambly (where you can visit Fort Chambly)."

"The house was laid out so well, the overall design was comfortable and sophisticated. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized with every appliance you might need. If I had one complaint it would be that there were no plates, though there were more than enough bowls which seemed odd. We had to buy paper plates to eat off of. Aside from that it was a very memorable stay and would return if I were going to be in the area again."

"It took us a few years to actually get to this home. The process started just before Covid 2020 hit, which delayed things. So, I dreamed about staying in this home for a while. Eric was always very kind and helpful. He worked with me, allowing me to transfer the dates and I didn’t lose any of the money I had previously paid. Although the setting of the house was a little more in the city than I thought it would be, it felt like the country once we were there. I love the cornfields behind the house and enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was small, but very functional. Much of the house felt like stepping back in time, although there were some modern areas, there was such character everywhere! It had meaningful old-farmhouse furniture that I adored. However, the bathroom upstairs was modern, spacious and very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace and overall felt very at home in this uniquely charming house. I’ll remember our stay here in my heart for a very long time."
