"Thoughtful room decor"

"Cute B&B in a great, walkable location. The owner was very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC felt nice during the hot summer. The breakfast was good, we were able to try some of her homemade marmalade which was delicious. We parked right outside the city gate in a free parking space in the public parking lot but there was a lot of parking right near the B&B for 3 euro a day. Would recommend!"

"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"We had a great night sleep after transcontinental flight. We absolutely loved the hotel, very quiet, fresh mountain air and close to hot springs. "

"When we arrived the place looked an old farm in the middle of nowhere. The pool had no water in it and was closed , room was small with lot of flies and a/c controls were taped off . Was very disappointed and turned key back in without even taking my suitcases out of the car . Regretted it very much to have booked this place . Did not even get a refund . Horribly"
