"The staff here is absolutely outstanding. Philippo, Matte, and Matteo were extremely polite, efficient, and helpful. Matte (Matilda) went out of her way to make everything comfortable and working well. She was one of the "best ever" hosts.This is a perfect place for a pre-cruise stay or any stay in Civitavecchia."

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!"

"Excellent hotel stay at Hotel Smart Cruise. Very clean room and the beds were really comfortable. They also provide an airport transfer (at an additional cost) which was ideal. Hotel is situated 2 mins walk from Cruise shuttle buses. There’s also a tasty pizzeria on the corner."
