"It was close to Talkeetna and everything we needed. I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel and the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. Jana was very gracious and left water, beer and snacks in the fridge. The only thing we missed was a bigger coffee pot. Would recommend this cabin if you are staying in Talkeetna."

"What an amazing property! Although checking in during the Montana Creek wildfires, we were assured we were safe. We enjoyed watching the fire fighters ;). My only regret was not spending more time at this stop! It was like living in a storybook. Maybe add outside chairs on the porches? "

"This was a great spot to be off the beaten path, and a good place to chill after hiking and fishing. It is in a nice rural setting but still fairly close to amenities. Having coffee available for us was nice. There are just some basic cooking supplies, but we didn’t plan on cooking much anyway. Host was super responsive, and she had great communication with us before and during our stay!"

"BAIT AND SWITCH! From New Sweet Little Cabin, to a room in the basement! Except for a text shortly before my arrival, the host, Regina, did not communicate that there had been a change. I arrived expecting to be in my own private cabin. Instead I was led through the hosts house, down some stairs to a room in her basement. This was totally unacceptable. "The house is absolutely beautiful!! We took an Alaskan cruise with our children and then visited Denali National Park and stayed at the home for 2 nights. The house has anything one would need, April has thought of everything. Even had a pizza pan for us to reheat our pizza we had at one of the local restaurants. Make sure you visit the small but cute town of Talkeetna! Highly recommend this home if you are visiting the area....beautiful!"
