"AC leaked in one of the rooms for 7 days. One guy came to fix it. Didn’t do anything and left. Wet floor for a week. Food was terrible too. One buffet was closed and a bunch of speciality restaurants too. "

"My wife and I have been to a lot of all inclusive but this was a first for the Excellence Collection. The resort is beautiful and the employees are great. We typically go to bed early on vacations from being out in the sun all day but we managed to enjoy the night entertainment which we found really fun. The only thing that we found just sub par was the food in some of the places. The Spice restaurant wasn’t great and the buffet wasn’t either, but we always find something we enjoy, here it was basically the omlette that we liked. For Spice they have the hibachi that you have to make a reservation for. We weren’t able to get a reservation until 9:45pm on Friday which is way too late for us, this isn’t really a complaint on that but more just unfortunate. The oregano restaurant was really good and so was the steak house. One other thing that this place doesn’t have that pretty much all other resorts that we’ve been to is a place that is serving snacks/lunch around the pool where you could just walk up and order food. Here you have to order from the waiter which is fine, but it takes about 1/2hr-45 minutes. Other than that we liked this place and didn’t want to leave. I do want to give a shot out to the whole staff who were great, but these people in particular made our stay fantastic. Diaz the bartender at the Prelude Bar. Kelvin the pool server from the Prelude Bar. Misael Joy Boy is Back These guys were awesome and I would give them a 10 out 5 star if I could!"

"Everything was good but they have to do some update with the food and having more restaurants open cause they have some restaurants close one day and open the next I think they should have all the restaurants open but other then that everybody was amazing and beautiful!"

"I had the best time. Absolutely loves the resort. It was perfect from start to finish. The food was great. It was so so clean. I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. The entertainment was awesome, especially my shanthy. I definitely will be coming back and I can’t wait. "

"Zoetry is a beautiful property - carefully designed to be aesthetic, open and one with the ocean. However, for the price point (very expensive), there were some major issues. Firstly, the mosquitoes in the room - I have never encountered such an issue - there were MANY and nothing helped! My friend and I were constantly bitten and were VERY uncomfortable. When we asked the staff, they said 'its just their country' which isn't true - people on other resorts didn't have that issue. The food was also inconsistent - they didn't have waffles for the duration of our stay, which again, for the price point paid should not be a thing. There was also a day where there were no straws for our drinks - not okay. There was also a worker who was way too friendly and overly zealous and saying odd things to us. Overall 3/5 - please fix the mosquito issue at the very least!!!"

"We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort celebrating my birthday and Mother’s Day with my family, and everything about this trip exceeded our expectations. They greeted us with smiles every time we passed by, remembered our names, and treated us with such kindness and attention that it honestly felt like VIP service the entire weekend. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests, and that made all the difference for us. My family and I haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this trip was. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back very soon. "Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. The water there is much more peaceful and enjoyable for swimming."
