"The cleaning staff was wonderful—very kind, attentive, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything extra. They went above and beyond, especially when my child became sick. They promptly provided extra soap, clean towels, and made sure our room was cleaned thoroughly, which we truly appreciated. We also had an emergency with the sink plumbing, and the maintenance team responded immediately and resolved the issue right away. Overall, the staff's kindness, professionalism, and quick response made our stay much more comfortable. We are very grateful for their excellent service."

"Great option for the price and location. Plus if you're taking Amtrak it's just one stop away from the train hall. The rooms are small, but that shouldn't be an issue if you're planning to be out and about for the day. The lobby and bar are nice, too. My only annoyance was the elevator system. It seems like logjams to get an elevator were more common for guests staying on the upper floors. I would request something on the lower floors at check in."
