"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "

"We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"

"The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. The front desk staff was both cordial and courteous. Especially Rafael, had has quite the witty sense of humour. Thanks to Expedia we found this hotel and I would highly recommend. "Air conditioning did not work at all. Hard beds with springs everywhere. Pillows paper thin and was so bad needed to look for another hotel. Pictures were misleading."
