"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Very central to Prato. Lovely period features. Nice roof top terrace. I stayed in an apartment on the 1st floor overlooking the main road. It was very noisy. People on the street from a nearby bar were out until 1am - just talking but it came through to the room. A set of earplugs allowed me to sleep on the second night. I think there should be a warning for that room to say that it is noisy. Otherwise guests will be shocked."
