"I had a great trip. OK the room and the bathroom were small and there was no view but I was only in my room to sleep. All the staff were very friendly helpful and all of the prime attractions in Florence are within easy walking distance. Within a few minutes walk is a good choice of restaurants and staff there were friendly and helpful too. Already planning my next visit."

We stayed an extra night and they moved us to smaller room looking at the hidro pool before we checked out of the big room. The breakfast was superb. They have a large variety of foods.
