S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All Inclusive Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort with good food, great massages, strong drinks, beautiful views, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is definitely one to consider. The food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive, with plenty of options throughout our stay. Was every meal five-star quality? No, but a lot of it was genuinely very good. The spa was a highlight. The massages were amazing, and we received 25% off spa services through Expedia. The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, and laid-back. This is more of a couples resort than a party resort, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The drinks were strong, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The pool and beach were both great. There was a DJ during the day, live entertainment at night, and attentive pool and beach service. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and service were included, and the water was clear and beautiful. One of the best perks is the location, only 7-10 minutes from the airport. I would not personally recommend this resort for families with younger children who want lots of activities, as it is geared more toward adults and couples. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though non-oceanfront rooms may hear some street noise and oceanfront rooms may hear evening entertainment."

"Well FIRST CHECK IN WAS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD…STAFF WAS NOT READY FOR AMOUNT OF PPL. CHECKING IN ON MAY 27 …..HAD TO REPEATILY ASK BOUT ROOM WHICH WAS CHANGE TO ACCOMMODATE MY WAIT TIME……OTHER THAN THAT ITS A NICE HOTEL….POOL CLOSES A LIL REALY ..6PM….WHY…REALLY DONT CARE 4 2 TWIN BEDS PULL TOGETHER.REATHER A KING BED……"

"Very pleased with the choices of foods at the buffet!! The jerk Pitt on the beach is AMAZING! Beds were not the most comfortable. My main critic was the upselling of the ocean view rooms during check-in and sales staff insisting on helping them get their commissions. It made us want to avoid the lobby."

"I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I felt welcomed into a world of top-tier luxury. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary. "Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. An information booklet in the rooms would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the area where my room is located had an awful sewer odor which I’m assuming came from a standing water area outside which definitely should be treated - very unpleasant! Staff selling certain promotional products are way too aggressive and I felt harassed. Other than that I had a great time and the overall experience was good. There are a number of wonderful gift shops with great and useful products. There are several restaurants including three buffets with great breakfast items but I was not impressed with the buffet dinners - needs improvement with taste, quality and presentation. There are several other non buffet restaurants including Japanese, Mexican, Italian, seafood etc. I tried the Japanese that was okay but actually was leaning more to being Chinese. Overall my experience was a 7/10."

"We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!"
