The bed sheet was horrible stained and had not been changed in weeks maybe months, there was no top sheet and the comforter stank terribly. The host suggested that we should leave and we did after the first night. Later in a call with VRBO he denied knowing that we had left even though he suggested it and his lackey - Susie - watched us pack and leave. This was a horrible experience. "The Tuscan Palace was a beautiful villa right on the main shopping street in Montepulciano. The villa was quite spacious and elegantly decorated. During our 10 day stay and our daily tours of neighboring towns, it was always a pleasure to return to the Tuscan Palace to relax with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace attached to the unit."
