Gardens are the best Carmel has to offer. Two features that need improvement: please offer “real” in room coffee - not instant powdered stuff!! And please provide instruction in operation of in room temperature controls - hard to use this! Thanks for a lovely stay in a sublime hotel."

"This was a great value. The beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and fluffy, and the staff was amazing! Absolutely easy to get around Pacific Grove! I highly recommend this facility!"

"Very difficult to get the fireplace on. And Jacuzzi when turning on the jets kept making weird noises that we turn it off instead. The heater has a beeping sound that you will hear all night. Overall the room is spacious and the area is nice. The clerk was wonderful and very kind. We appreciate all the help she gave us. "
