"The hotel staff were welcoming, and made dinner and cab reservations for us. The hotel has a lovely Swiss vibe, and we had a clear view of the Matterhorn from our room. Had a terrific experience at this hotel."

"Good refurbished hotel in a walking and lively street. Overall the hotel is good, clean, spacious room (Junior Suite), good air conditioning. Positives: Location, breakfast, newly refurbished Negatives: Spa is not included (not even the pool), no parking in the property (public one nearby), noisy if you want to sleep early (windows do a decent isolation job, but its really close to a loud restaurant)"
